Pure Soul Therapy Booking and Cancellation Policy:  

Upfront Payment Required for Sessions.  

Please be aware that all cancellations will be subject to a non - refundable $50 cancellation fee, and any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur an additional non - refundable cancellation fee of the remaining 50% of the session cost.   

Please understand that this is due to the many substantial hours invested in individually preparing your session prior to your scheduled appointment, as significant time is spent on meticulously creating, individualising and preparing the best therapeutic methods to personally suit your needs and provide you with the most effective results that you deserve. 

 I am dedicating my heart and soul to support you and am giving you my full commitment, so lovingly ask with respect that you do the same. 

Please be mindful that other paying clients could have been scheduled in to that time slot if I had been given enough notice of your conflicting time parameters.    

Therefore, these fees effectively reimburse me for my precious time that I have dedicated to your therapy prior to our scheduled session and also gives clients the added incentive to fully commit to the process and keep to their scheduled times.  

This benefits both of us long term and is done in a mutually fair and loving way and is utmost respectful to both parties. 

Upon arrangement, if 48 hours prior notice is given, appointments can be rescheduled to another mutually agreeable day/time without a cancellation fee.
